The size question is the one that costs people money. Ask us first if you are unsure.
How long before I can sleep on it?
You can sleep on it the same night. It will still be firming up — a rolled mattress reaches its full height and feel within 24 to 72 hours, so give it three days before you judge the comfort.
Will it smell?
There is often a faint new-foam smell for the first day or two. Air the room and it goes. It is harmless.
Will it work on my ottoman or slatted base?
Yes. It suits slatted, sprung and ottoman bases. If your slats have gaps wider than 7cm, add a board or a topper board so the mattress is supported evenly.
Should I turn it?
Rotate it head to foot every three months. Do not flip it unless the description says it is double-sided — most hybrids have a comfort layer on one side only.
Can I return it if I do not get on with it?
Within 14 days, while it is unopened and unused, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Once a vacuum-rolled mattress is unwrapped it cannot be repacked or resold, so please check the size carefully before you cut the wrap.
