Returns & Refunds

Last reviewed: 1 September 2026

The short version. You have 30 days to change your mind — more than double what the law requires. Collection is free anywhere in mainland Great Britain. If something arrives faulty or damaged, we cover everything, always. Nothing on this page reduces your legal rights.

1. Our 30-day change-of-mind promise

If a bed isn't right for your room, you have 30 days from the day it is delivered to tell us you'd like to return it. Once you've told us, you have a further 14 days to have it ready for collection.

We'll collect it free of charge from any address in mainland Great Britain. There is no restocking fee and you don't need to give a reason.

To come back to us under this promise, the bed needs to be:

  • Unused and unslept-on;
  • Dismantled and packed flat if it was delivered flat-packed;
  • In its original packaging where you still have it — if you don't, tell us and we'll bring protective wrapping to the collection;
  • Complete, with all fixings, components, hardware and instructions.

This 30-day promise is something we offer on top of the law. Your statutory rights, set out below, sit underneath it and are never affected.

2. Your legal right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return them.

Our 30-day promise above is more generous, so most customers use that instead — but this statutory right is always available to you and we will honour it.

Under these Regulations:

  • We refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you supplying proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.
  • We refund the standard delivery charge you originally paid. Our UK mainland delivery is free, so in most cases there is nothing to refund here. If you paid for an upgraded delivery service, we refund the standard rate rather than the upgrade.
  • We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning — broadly, more than you could have done in a shop. Assembling a bed to check it fits is fine. Sleeping on it for three weeks, marking the fabric or damaging the mechanism is not.

3. Items we cannot take back on a change of mind

A small number of things are excluded from change-of-mind returns, both under our promise and under the Regulations:

Item Why
Made-to-order and bespoke items, where you have specified the fabric, size, finish or configuration Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised — regulation 28(1)(b)
Mattresses and mattress toppers once the hygiene seal has been opened Sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons — regulation 28(1)(e)
Items damaged by use, misuse, or assembly not carried out in line with the instructions Not returnable in a resaleable condition

None of these exclusions apply if the item is faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose. In those cases your rights under section 4 apply in full, whatever the item is.

4. Faulty, damaged or not as described

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, everything we sell must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it isn't:

When you tell us What you're entitled to
Within 30 days of delivery A full refund — your short-term right to reject. You can also choose a repair or replacement instead if you'd prefer.
Between 30 days and 6 months A repair or replacement. If that isn't successful, or isn't possible, you can claim a price reduction or reject the item. For this period the law assumes the fault was present on delivery unless we can show otherwise.
After 6 months You may still have a claim for up to 6 years in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, or 5 years in Scotland. After 6 months it is for you to show the fault was present when the item was delivered.

Collection, repair and replacement are always free of charge where an item is faulty. You will never be asked to pay return carriage on a faulty bed.

Damage in transit

Beds are heavy and occasionally things go wrong in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please tell us within [[ 14 DAYS — SET YOUR PREFERRED WINDOW ]] and send photographs if you can. Reporting quickly helps us claim against the carrier, but it does not limit your legal rights above.

5. How to start a return

Email azixparz@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number;
  • Which item you're returning;
  • Whether it's a change of mind or a fault;
  • Photographs, if something is damaged or faulty.

We aim to reply within [[ 1 WORKING DAY ]] and will arrange a free collection at a time that suits you. You don't need to arrange your own courier, and please don't send anything back before we've confirmed the collection.

6. Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method. We process them within 14 days of the goods reaching us, or of you providing proof of return, whichever comes first. Once processed, card refunds usually appear within 3–5 working days depending on your bank.

7. Cancelling before dispatch

If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, email us and we'll cancel it and refund you in full. There are no conditions and nothing needs to be returned.

8. Model cancellation form

You don't have to use this form — an email is enough — but the law requires us to make it available.
