Refund policy

Your 14-day right to change your mind Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back. To cancel, email us at Azixparz@outlook.com with your order number — before delivery or after, either works.

Condition of returns You're welcome to inspect your bed as you would in a showroom. If an item is returned used, assembled, or damaged beyond that kind of inspection, we may deduct an amount reflecting the reduction in its value, as the law allows. Please keep the original packaging where possible — it protects the item (and your refund) on the way back.

Mattresses (The Kensington set) For hygiene, we ask that mattresses are returned unused in their original sealed packaging. Your legal right to cancel still applies to an unsealed mattress, but if it has been slept on we may make a deduction for its diminished value.

Return delivery costs For change-of-mind returns you are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Beds are large two-person items; a typical courier collection costs [£XX–£XX] — we can arrange collection and deduct the actual cost from your refund, or you may use your own courier. Faulty or incorrect items are collected free of charge.

Refunds We refund the full price of the goods plus standard outbound delivery within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof of postage), to your original payment method. Klarna purchases are refunded through Klarna, which updates your payment plan automatically.

Faulty or damaged items — your statutory rights Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described you may reject it for a full refund within 30 days. After 30 days we will repair or replace it; if we can't, you're entitled to a refund. Please report delivery damage within 48 hours with photos to Azixparz@outlook.com so we can put it right quickly. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
