TERMS OF SERVICE
- Who you're buying from. comfortcrest.co.uk is operated by Yutani Ltd trading as Comfort Crest, company no. 16832935, registered at [address] ("we", "us").
- Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we email dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders (e.g. stock or payment issues) with a full refund.
- Prices. All prices include VAT [remove if not VAT-registered]. Delivery charges, if any, show at checkout. If a genuine pricing error is obvious (e.g. a £595 bed listed at £5.95), we may cancel and refund before dispatch.
- Payment. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. Klarna's own terms and eligibility checks apply to pay-later options; missed Klarna payments may affect your ability to use Klarna in future.
- Delivery. Per our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery; ownership passes on full payment.
- Cancellations, returns and faults. Per our Return & Refund Policy and your statutory rights, which these terms never reduce.
- Guarantee. Every bed carries a 12-month guarantee against manufacturing defects, in addition to your legal rights. It covers frames, mechanisms and included mattresses under normal domestic use; it excludes fair wear, misuse and commercial use.
- Product information. We work to keep descriptions, dimensions and photos accurate; minor colour variation can occur between screens and fabric.
- Our liability. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price paid for the products concerned; we aren't liable for losses that weren't foreseeable when the contract was made.
