Terms of Service
Last reviewed: 1 September 2026
These terms set out the basis on which we sell to you. Please read them before ordering. Nothing here removes or reduces your legal rights as a consumer — where anything in these terms conflicts with those rights, your rights win.
1. Who you're buying from
Comfort Crest is a trading name of Yutani Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
Company number: [[ COMPANY NUMBER ]]
Registered office: [[ REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS ]]
Email: azixparz@outlook.com
VAT number: [[ VAT NUMBER — OR DELETE IF NOT REGISTERED ]]
2. How a contract is formed
When you place an order you're making an offer to buy. We'll send an order acknowledgement by email — this confirms we've received your order but does not accept it.
A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we can't fulfil your order — because an item is out of stock, priced in error, or we can't deliver to your address — we'll tell you and refund any payment in full.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
- Delivery to mainland Great Britain is free. The price shown on the product page is the total price you pay — we add no fees at any stage of checkout.
- Payment is taken at the time you order.
- We take reasonable care with pricing, but if an item is obviously mispriced and the error should have been reasonably obvious to you, we're not obliged to sell at that price. We'll contact you, and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Products
We photograph our beds as accurately as we can, but screens vary and fabric colour may differ slightly from what you see. Small variations in grain, weave and shade are natural in fabric and timber and are not faults.
Dimensions on product pages are given as accurately as possible and include the boxed dimensions you'll need to plan access. Please check them against your doorways and stairwell before ordering — see our Shipping & Delivery page.
Fire safety
All upholstered furniture we sell, including bed bases and headboards, meets the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988 (as amended). Each item carries the permanent compliance label required by those Regulations. Please don't remove it — it's the evidence of compliance and you may need it.
Assembly and safe use
Beds must be assembled following the supplied instructions. Ottoman bases use a gas-lift mechanism: please keep hands, children and pets clear of the moving frame, don't exceed the stated storage weight, and don't modify the mechanism. We can't accept liability for damage or injury caused by incorrect assembly, modification or misuse.
5. Guarantee
Our beds are covered by a [[ X-YEAR ]] guarantee against manufacturing defects, running from the delivery date. The guarantee covers [[ WHAT IT COVERS — e.g. FRAME, MECHANISM, STITCHING ]] and does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or commercial use.
This guarantee is offered in addition to your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and does not replace them.
6. Returns and cancellation
Your right to cancel, our 30-day change-of-mind promise, free collection, and what happens when something is faulty are all set out in full in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Our liability to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- Any breach of your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, or for loss arising from business use — we supply to consumers for domestic use only.
8. Using this website
All content on this site — text, photography, logos and design — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You may view and print pages for your own use, but not reproduce or republish them commercially without our permission.
Please don't attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, introduce malicious code, or use it in any unlawful way.
9. Events outside our control
We're not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, industrial action, carrier failure, supplier insolvency or interruption to utilities. If such an event occurs we'll contact you with a revised timescale, and if the delay is substantial you may cancel and receive a full refund.
10. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email azixparz@outlook.com. We aim to acknowledge within [[ 1 WORKING DAY ]] and resolve within [[ 14 DAYS ]].
If we can't resolve it between us, you can get free impartial advice from the Citizens Advice consumer service on 0808 223 1133 or at citizensadvice.org.uk. We are not currently a member of an alternative dispute resolution scheme.
11. Other terms
- We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another business; your rights will not be affected.
- If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful, the remaining parts continue to apply.
- If we don't insist on something straight away, that doesn't stop us doing so later.
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your own courts, and the law of your own nation may apply.
12. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
