Our guarantee

Every ComfortCrest bed carries a ten-year guarantee on the frame and a two-year guarantee on moving parts, such as ottoman gas struts and TV lift mechanisms.

What it covers

Manufacturing defects in the things we control: the joints, the timber, the springing and the workmanship. If a frame fails because of how it was built, we repair or replace it.

What it does not cover

• Accidental damage, misuse, or damage caused in a move after delivery
• Ordinary wear on fabric — pilling, fading in direct sunlight, or marks
• Beds that have been altered, repaired by someone else, or used commercially
• Mattresses, which carry their own manufacturer's guarantee

How to make a claim

Email us with your order number, a description of the fault and a photograph. We will usually be able to tell you what has happened from the picture. If a visit is needed we arrange it at no cost to you.

This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and does not affect them.
