Delivery and assembly
Two people, a booked slot, and the bed carried to the room you want it in. Here is exactly what happens between your order and your first night's sleep.
A bed is not a parcel. It arrives on a two-person van, goes up to the room you want it in, and is built before the crew leave. Nothing is left on the doorstep and no packaging is left behind.
Because each bed is made to your order, allow around fourteen working days from order to delivery. We call to agree a day once your frame is finished, and give you a two-hour window the night before.
Getting it to you

We confirm your size and fabric by email the same working day, so nothing is cut until you have checked it.
Week 1–2
Made for you
Your frame is cut, sprung and upholstered to order in our workshop. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting.
Week 2
Slot booked
We call to agree a delivery day and give you a two-hour window the night before.

Carried in and set up
Two people bring it to your room of choice, assemble it, and take every scrap of packaging away with them.
Free delivery to most of mainland UK. Some Scottish highland, island and Northern Ireland postcodes carry a surcharge, shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you take the old bed away?
We can, for a fee added at checkout, provided it is dismantled and clear of bedding when we arrive. Tell us when you book your slot rather than on the day, so the crew arrive with room in the van.
What if nobody is in?
We give you a two-hour window the night before and call ahead on the day. If the slot no longer works, tell us as early as you can and we will rebook at no cost. A missed delivery with no notice carries a redelivery charge.
Will they assemble it?
Yes, and it is included. The crew build the bed in the room of your choice, check it over, and take all the packaging away with them.
Do you deliver outside mainland UK?
We deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish highlands and most islands. Those postcodes carry a surcharge, which is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay — there are no charges added afterwards.
