Before you write
These three cover most of what people ask:
- Will it fit? Boxed dimensions are on every product page. Measure your doorways, stairwell and any turns before ordering — an ottoman base arrives as one rigid piece. See Shipping & Delivery.
- Where's my order? Tracking is emailed at dispatch. If it's overdue, send us your order number.
- I'd like to return something. You have 30 days and collection is free. See Returns & Refunds.
