Ordering and making

How long will my bed take?

Around 14 working days from order to delivery. Every bed is made to your order rather than picked off a shelf, and we would rather build it properly than quickly.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Yes, as long as we have not cut the fabric. Get in touch the same week and we can usually change size, fabric or storage option without a charge.

Delivery

Will you take it upstairs and build it?

Yes, and it is included. Two people bring the bed to the room of your choice, assemble it, and take all the packaging away.

Do you deliver everywhere in the UK?

Free to most of mainland UK. Some Scottish highland, island and Northern Ireland postcodes carry a surcharge, shown at checkout before you pay.

Choosing

Can I see the fabric first?

Please do. We post up to six swatches free, first class, with no obligation. Order samples here.

Will my existing mattress fit?

If it is a standard UK size, yes. See the size guide — European and American sizes differ enough to matter.

After it arrives

What does the guarantee cover?

Ten years on the frame, two years on moving parts. Full detail on the guarantee page.

Can I change my mind?

Beds in our standard fabrics can be returned within 14 days of delivery. See returns.

How do I look after it?

Vacuum the upholstery on a low setting every few weeks, keep it out of direct sunlight where you can, and check the frame bolts once a year — a bed that is tightened annually will not develop a creak.
