SHIPPING POLICY

 

Where we deliver: mainland United Kingdom, free of charge. Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland: contact us before ordering — a surcharge of [£XX] may apply or delivery may not be available. We don't currently ship internationally.

Timescales: orders are processed within [1–2] working days and delivered within [3–7] working days of dispatch. You'll receive tracking by email. Beds are large items delivered by a two-person or courier service to your front door (or the main entrance of your building for flats). If you'd like help planning access — narrow stairs, lifts — email us before ordering.

What arrives: The Mayfair ships in 2 boxes; The Kensington divan base arrives in 2 sections plus a flat-packed mattress; assembly is required for all frames (fittings and instructions included).

Missed deliveries: the carrier will attempt redelivery or leave instructions. Repeated failed deliveries may incur a redelivery fee at cost.

Damage in transit: please check the packaging on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours to  with photos — azixparz@outlook.com
