Measure the door before you fall for the sofa
Almost every sofa that goes back went back because it would not get into the room, not because it was uncomfortable. The full dimensions are in the description above. Measure your narrowest doorway, the hallway turn and the stairwell, then check the smallest of those against the sofa's height and depth — a sofa can be tipped and turned, but it cannot be folded.

Will it fit through my door?
Check the width and height in the description against your narrowest doorway, then the turn in your hallway or stairs. It arrives boxed and part-assembled, which usually makes it easier to get in than the finished sofa would be. If you are between sizes, send us your measurements and we will tell you honestly.
Is the sofa bed comfortable enough to sleep on?
For guests and occasional nights, yes. A sofa bed mattress is thinner than a proper bed mattress by design, so it folds away. If someone is sleeping on it several nights a week, add a topper.
How much assembly is there?
Very little. The legs bolt on and, on some models, the backrest clips into place. Tools and instructions are in the box. Ten to twenty minutes, with a second person to tip it.
How do I clean the cover?
Vacuum on a low setting to lift dust out of the weave. Spot clean marks with a barely damp cloth and blot rather than rub. Do not soak the fabric, and keep it out of direct sunlight, which fades chenille and velvet faster than use does.
What does the guarantee cover?
Twelve months from the manufacturer against faults in materials and workmanship — frame, stitching and mechanisms. It does not cover accidental damage or ordinary wear on the cover.
Can I send it back?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Keep the packaging until you are certain, as it needs to go back boxed.
