Get this right first
Left hand or right hand — how to tell
Stand in the room where the sofa will go and look straight at it. If the long side runs away to your left, you want the left-hand version. If it runs to your right, you want right-hand. That is the convention we use on every corner sofa on this site, measured facing the sofa rather than sitting on it.
It is worth walking the room and holding your arm out, because this is the one choice that cannot be undone after delivery — a right-hand corner cannot be flipped to face the other way.

How do I know if I need left or right hand?
Stand facing where the sofa will sit. If the long side runs off to your left, order left-hand. If it runs to your right, order right-hand. We measure facing the sofa, not sitting on it — some retailers do the opposite, so do not assume the version you saw elsewhere matches ours.
Will it get into my room?
Corner sofas arrive in sections, which is what makes them possible in a terraced house. Measure your narrowest doorway, the hallway turn and the stairwell, and compare against the individual section sizes in the description rather than the assembled width. If you are close, send us the measurements and we will tell you honestly.
Do you take the old one away?
Not as standard. Tell us before delivery if you need the old sofa removed and we will let you know what can be arranged in your area.
Does the electric version need a socket?
Yes. Electric reclining corners plug into an ordinary 13A socket, so plan where the lead will run before delivery day. The reclining seats also need clear space behind them — the distance is in the description.
What does the guarantee cover?
These sofas carry the manufacturer's guarantee against faults in materials and workmanship. The term and what it covers are set out in the description for each model.
Can I change my mind?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Tell us as soon as you can and we will arrange collection.
